Because quickly churned-out sequels to surprise horror hits are always quality, right? It’s 14 years later, and I still can’t decide whether this sequel to the actually very scary The Blair Witch Project (1999) was stupid or smart for ditching the original’s famous handheld aesthetic and giving it a meta-twist. Either way, the movie is a load of ol’ tosh and not at all in the spirit of the original.
