Taylor smites Tina and Amy: In Taylor Swift’s cover interview for April’s Vanity Fair, she defended her dating history and attacked Tina Fey and Amy Poehler for their Michael J. Fox’s son gag at the Oscars (below): “There’s a special place in hell for women who don’t help other women.” Also, she apparently lives in a child’s house. (Gawker)

The Hollywood Reporter have published a pretty nice response from Poehler: “Aw, I feel bad if she was upset. I am a feminist and she is a young and talented girl. That being said, I do agree I am going to hell. But for other reasons. Mostly boring tax stuff.”

Wayne Coyne continues being strange: SXSW has announced another batch of films, which includes a typically peculiar offering from The Flaming Lips’ Wayne Coyne: An 80 minute feature film compiled from over 28 hours of footage shot vertically from his iPhone.

The Hold Steady for Game Of Thrones: This Record Store Day, April 20, indie heroes The Hold Steady will release what can only be a drinking song, which they recorded for Game Of Thrones. The lyrics come from GoT’s author George R.R. Martin, and go a little something like this:

“A bear there was,
A bear, A BEAR!
All black and brown,
And covered with hair!
Oh come they said,
Oh come to the fair!
The fair? said he,
But I’m a bear!
All black and brown,
And covered in hair!”
(Entertainment Weekly)

Ikea put some poo in some cake: Chinese officials destroyed 1,800 pounds of Ikea’s almond cake when they found out it may contain traces of poo. Three months ago. Still reeling from horsemeatgate, Ikea’s HQ have apparently only just gotten wind of it, and have withdrawn the product from 23 affected countries. One of which includes Australia. (Guardian)

At least the rhymes rhyme: Here is an excellent rap song written by a helpful, tolerant teenager who we should all be friends with. (Gawker)

Postal Service audition tape: And if that left a worse taste in your mouth than the poo-cake, here’s a Funny Or Die clip celebrating the imminent return of Postal Service, featuring Guns N’ Roses’ Duff McKagen, Blink-182’s Tom Delonge (“Kids like energy. They do. I’ve seen it. Most of what I do is really great.”), Moby, Aimee Mann (“She’s good. She’s a little covered up, she could have worn a bikini or something.”), Weird Al, and Ben Gibbard and Jimmy Tamborello from Postal Service.
