Check Out The Fresh Teaser For The US TV Remake Of ‘What We Do In The Shadows’
Fanging for this.
It’s going to be bloody hard to top the genius of Taika Waititi’s 2014 vampire mockumentary What We Do in the Shadows. But honestly, if the upcoming US TV remake is even half as good as the Kiwi original, it’ll probably be one of the best shows of the year.
FX already dropped a couple of teasers for the project back in November, clips that confirmed the American version would recreate the vibe of the movie pretty closely. Which isn’t really surprising, given Waititi and co-collaborator Jermaine Clement are executive producers on the series, and co-wrote the pilot.
The new teaser gives us another look at series star Kayvan Novak, as well as a release date of sometime in March. No word on when it’s coming to Australia just yet, but we’ll let you know as soon as we hear anything.
