Based on French action movie District 13, Brick Mansions follows detective Damien (Paul Walker), in his attempt to take down a ruthless crime lord (RZA) and a giant ticking bomb by infiltrating his gang. He enlists the help of a criminal played by D13‘s David Belle, the French founder of parkour — which as anyone who paid attention to 2005 will tell you is the art of running and jumping all over things in an attempt to get somewhere quicker/in a more spectacular way, potentially while wearing a fedora.

The film looks pretty silly as a result of both the parkour and the dialogue (“from a co-writer of The Transporter” no less!), but it was the last one that the Fast and Furious star worked on before being tragically killed in a car crash late last year. It comes out on April 25 in the States.
