You And A Friend Can Be Horrible Geese Together In Free Two-Player ‘Untitled Goose Game’ Mode
The most chaotically wholesome game on the planet just got an upgrade.
Remember Untitled Goose Game, that oasis of happiness, mirth and goose-based anarchy that came into our lives last year?
If you somehow missed out on that first wave of joy — in which case, I am genuinely sorry — the acclaimed Switch game sees you play a goose with crimes on its mind. There’s a button reserved for honking, a whole bunch of madness to sew, and innocent, annoying villagers to terrorize.
In every imaginable way then, Untitled Goose Game represented a break from the hum-drum release of triple-A games. There were no loot boxes, no DLC, no big media tie-ins. The whole thing was wonderfully simple, wholesome, and sweet.
Now it seems like the development team behind the game have brought that exact same attitude towards a new two-player patch to the game.
Yep, if you weren’t satisfied with one goose, how about two? Thanks to an upgrade coming in a matter of weeks, you and a mate can wreak destruction together, the both of you tearing shit up with your own dedicated honk buttons.
Better yet, the patch is entirely free. It drops on September 23rd, so get ready to double the trouble then, and watch the trailer for the upgrade now:
Oh dear! Two horrible geese!
