Tyler, The Creator: Stream The Album, Watch The Clips
Tyler, The Creator's new album, Wolf, is streaming in full right now, four days early. Also, two film clips.
Last week we posted about Tyler’s bizarre Twitter rant following his release of the tracklist of his new album, Wolf.
“It’s pretty bad,” he said. “I’m not a rapper,” he said. “I just rhyme words ’cause I’m bored and no one wants to rap over my beats,” he said. And in spite of features from Pharell, Erykah Badu and Stereolab’s Laetitia Sadier (to say nothing of fellow Odd Future member Frank Ocean, Earl Sweatshirt and Hodgy Beats), there weren’t enough tricks to hold it up against the other releases out this year. He said.

Then, early this morning, he released a new two-part clip: ‘IFHY’ (feat. Pharrell) and ‘Jamba’ (feat. Hodgy Beats). The clip was directed by Tyler’s alter ego Wolf Haley, and he “reviewed” it himself over Twitter again: “NEW VIDEO TONIGHT IT SUCKS AS BAD AS THE ALBUM ABOUT DADDY PROBLEMS AND THE REPEATATIVE WEAK ASS BEATS HELL YEAH” (sic).
Which is bullshit, of course. The clip – especially the first part – is great.

The album isn’t meant to come out until April 2, but to stave off the leak which we all knew would happen, it’s streaming right now via Pitchfork, via the Odd Future Tumblr. The first word, predictably, is “fuck.” So is the second.
