Apparently Tom Cruise Had No Idea That Porn Was Available On The Internet

Furious little man and famous Hollywood actor Tom Cruise has somehow missed the fact that the internet is a barely concealed Trojan horse full of porn. It’s almost like he is an absurdly wealthy celebrity so completely out of touch with regular humans that we are akin to ants to him.

The story of Cruise’s baffling lack of knowledge of the basic world around him came up in an interview on The Late Show with director Judd Apatow, who recounts how he brought a newly famous Seth Rogen with him to meet Cruise, as one does.

“So we’re talking to him [Cruise], and I don’t know how it came up, but it usually comes up with Seth where [he] starts talking about marijuana and pornography,” says Apatow, perfectly encapsulating what every Seth Rogen conversation must be like.

“And he starts talking about watching adult films on the internet and Tom Cruise goes, ‘What? You’re saying there’s adult films on the internet?’ And Seth’s like, ‘Yeah, there’s all these movies on these websites.’ And Tom Cruise’s like, ‘Wait a second. You’re saying if I go on the computer, on the world wide web, there are people having sex?’”

It’s just baffling. It’s like he is a poorly constructed robot. It throws a more sinister light on this very compelling theory that Tom Cruise has also maybe never seen a movie in his life.

Rogen has also chimed in with his memories of the event, treating us to the image of him pissing into a bottle in Tom Cruise’s driveaway.

“I think generally my reaction was, ‘You are a very sheltered man,” he said.

Or he’s a giant lizard covered in a human skin mask, biding his time to destroy us all. Either or.
