Los Pollos Hermanos Is Coming To Australia Next Week!

As marketing hooks go, this is a pretty damn good one. To celebrate the premiere of the third season of Better Call Saul, streaming service Stan is opening a Los Pollos Hermanos pop-up in Sydney next week. Not only that, but Gus Fring himself will be on hand to help cut the ribbon.
The fictional chicken chain that first appeared in Breaking Bad will take over Thirsty Bird in Potts Point on April 11 and 12. They’ll be open for lunch (11:30am-3pm) and dinner (5pm-8:30pm), and will be giving away limited edition Los Pollos Hermanos merchandise to fans who dress up as characters from Better Call Saul.
A select number of diners will also get the chance to meet actor Giancarlo Esposito, who is set to reprise his role as murderous drug dealer and Los Pollos Hermanos restaurant manager Gus Fring in the upcoming season of Better Call Saul, and who will be in Sydney for the pop-up promotion.
