The ‘Zionist Lobby’ Subreddit Is Chock-Full Of Actual Zionist Lobbies

Antisemitism has been back in the media in recent weeks, mainly from people conflating the actions of the Israeli military in Gaza with the adherents of an entire religion. A bunch of idiot teenagers stormed a busload of Jewish children in Sydney last week, screaming antisemitic slogans and threatening a bunch of little kids because some people are just dreadful, and several anti-Israel protests in Europe have seen displays of outright antisemitism, with people screaming “death to Jews” and Hitler was right”.

Which makes the r/ZionistLobby subreddit, the place where the shadowy figures behind all the world’s ills gather to swap tips and laugh demoniacally and stuff, all the more illuminating. Behold, the Zionist lobby, finally revealed in all its evil power!

That’s a photo of the lobby of the Best Western East Zion Thunderbird Lodge in Mount Carmel, Utah. Looks kinda nice! Got a TV in the corner, there.

Here’s another picture of the lobby weaving its dastardly schemes:

That’s the lobby of a Country Inn in Zion, Illinois. Very homely. I’m not wild on the colour scheme, but the furniture looks like it’s top-quality. None of this cheap IKEA stuff.

Get it? Because they’re…they’re lobbies in places with the word…with the word “Zion” in them.

God damn it, Reddit. I want to quit you. I really, really do. I did, for a little while. But so long as you keep doing beautiful shit like this, I’ll just keep coming back.
