The Simpsons’ Lego Episode Actually Looks Pretty Amazing

Earlier this year, the bigwigs at Fox announced that The Simpsons would be putting together an all-Lego episode, a decision informed partly by their newly-released 2523-piece special collector’s set, partly by the box office conquering success of The Lego Movie, and partly because they’ve been around for 25 fuckin’ seasons and new ideas are hard to come by and what the hell else are they gonna do?
“I don’t know, that’s gonna look weird…” said the world at the time. Well, you have no idea.
Overnight, Fox revealed the trailer to the episode — titled ‘Brick Like Me’ — which is due to air this weekend in the States, and it looks incredibly disorientating. Also, surprisingly amazing.
Holy shit, I want a Lego beer.
