Two of Hollywood’s pastiest boys, Timothee Chalamet and Robert Pattinson, go head to head in the trailer for The King, a Very Serious Historical Drama set to hit Netflix later in the year.

Adapted from William “Billy the Bard” Shakespeare’s trio of plays Henry IV Part 1Henry IV Part 2 and Henry V, the film stars Chalamet as a newly ascended Henry V thrust onto the throne after the death of his father (played by Ben Mendelssohn). Pattinson plays Louis, the Dauphin of Viennois, with whom Henry has beef. Joel Edgerton plays Sir John Falstaff, advisor to the King and — from the looks of the trailer — a big fat party animal.

The King is directed by Australian filmmaker David Michod, who previously helmed Animal Kingdom and The Rover. So yeah expect this thing to be very, very grim.

The King hits Netflix later in the year.
