Catch ‘Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back’ Live In Concert With The MSO This Weekend

Brought to you by Melbourne Symphony Orchestra

Experience Star Wars like never before!

If you’re in Melbourne and consider yourself a real Star Wars fan, you better clear your schedule for this weekend, because the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra is performing John Williams’ epic The Empire Strikes Back score.

Under the baton of Nicholas Buc, the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra will play the entirety of Williams’ legendary score alongside a screening of the equally legendary flick, which saw Luke Skyman and his friends on the run from Dark Vaders. Ok, so maybe I haven’t actually seen Star Wars. But I do know that the opportunity to hear tunes like ‘The Imperial March’ and the iconic Star Wars theme in symphony is one you shouldn’t pass up.

The final four shows will be taking place at the Plenary, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, from Friday to Sunday. If you get in quick, you can nab some dirt cheap tix – restricted view seats are just $35 and D Reserve seats are just $49.

So, grab your nerdiest mates and head down to the MCEC this weekend to catch an unforgettable Star Wars experience. Check out the times below:
