After whetting our appetite back in October with a 90-second teaser, Marvel Studios have dropped the first full-length trailer for the highly anticipated Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.

After the surprise critical and box-office success of the first film, director James Gunn and company have some pretty high expectations to live up to. Still, based on the following footage, it looks like they’ve ticked every box.

Explosive action? Tick. Funny dialogue? Tick. Unexpectedly perfect soundtrack choice? Tick.
