The Trailer For ‘Selling Sunset’ Season 4 Is Here & It Looks Like Davina Has Officially Left
Who is (NOT) going to sell Adnan's $75 million house now?!
After a year without the truly unhinged reality show, Selling Sunset is set to return later this month with its fourth season — and the first trailer has finally landed.
Dropping on Netflix on November 24, Season 4 of Selling Sunset promises to be just as drama-filled as the last with two new faces joining the Oppenheim Group — well, maybe not as chaotic as the previous seasons because one of the biggest instigators on the team has left the real estate group.
Yep, Season 4 farewells Davina Potratz, as we welcome Vanessa Villela and Emma Hernan to fill in for both Davina and a heavily pregnant, Christine Quinn.
Unfortunately, Davina isn’t technically gone for good, as you can see her make some very brief appearances in the trailer for what looks like a visit to her old office and a catch-up with friends.
But no longer selling with Oppenheim means that we won’t get to watch Davina absolutely fail at selling Adnan Sen’s $75 million property, nor will we see her continue to beg to see the “two sides” to Chrishell Stause’s divorce, or hear her bang on and on about having her own broker’s license.
Instead, the new drama running through Season 4 centres on the newcomers clashing with Christine and Mary Fitzgerald, as old conflicts remerge. In particular, there seems to be a real focus on Vanessa butting heads with Mary and old drama surrounding Emma allegedly getting engaged to Christine’s ex way back when.
“I’m here to work, and hopefully none of this high school drama that I’ve dealt with for years can stay like Christine: out of mind,” Emma quips in the trailer.
But when Emma starts covering Christine’s listings and takes over the soon-to-be mum’s desk as she’s away on maternity leave, the friction reaches breaking point.
Of course, we’ll likely also get to see how Chrishell and Jason Oppenheim’s romance blossomed, Heather Rae Young’s engagement journey, and the girls complaining about Mary getting the most listings — but if this trailer is anything to go by, we’re in for a real rollercoaster of emotions thanks to newbies Vanessa and Emma.
