Samantha Bee Called Ivanka Trump A C*nt And American Conservatives Are Extremely Upset

Full Frontal host Samantha Bee has faced a wave of criticism from conservative commentators after calling Ivanka Trump a cunt.

Bee was criticising Trump for posting a photo of herself and her two-year-old son on Twitter, echoing the consensus that the image was in poor taste in light of reports about American immigration agents separating undocumented migrant children from their families at the border between the United States and Mexico.

“You know, Ivanka, that’s a beautiful photo of you and your child,” said Bee during her show on Wednesday night. “But let me just say, one mother to another… do something about your dad’s immigration practices you feckless cunt.”

Bee’s remarks sparked an immediate backlash (you’ve got to remember, Americans are waaaaay more sensitive about that word than we are).

White House press secretary Sarah Sanders called the insult “vile and vicious”, while NBC news anchor Megyn Kelly said it was “disgusting”.

Others complained about a perceived double standard, citing the fact that Roseanne Barr had her show cancelled after she compared an African American woman to an ape.

Of course it’s worth noting that a lot of the people outraged by Bee’s remarks are the same folks who seem to bend over backwards to forgive Ivanka’s father whenever he says something appalling. But I guess it’s different when you’re President?

I cannot believe Samantha Bee called immigrants animals, Mexicans rapists, kneeling NFL players “sons of bitches” and talked shit about war hero John McCain. She should apologize.

I like Samantha Bee a lot, but she is flat wrong to call Ivanka a cunt.
