This Bootleg RuPaul Christmas Ornament Has Everyone Besides RuPaul Cackling
Turns out the only thing RuPaul hates more than H&M dresses is bootleg Christmas ornaments.

If there’s one thing that RuPaul Charles hates more than pink dresses from H&M, it’s $35 bootleg RuPaul Christmas ornaments apparently.
To the pleasure of Drag Race fans everywhere, RuPaul stumbled upon the cursed monstrosity yesterday when Trixie Mattel posted the questionable ornament to her 900,000 Twitter followers.
“Just bought a dozen of these LMFAO,” Trixie tweeted with a photo of the stunned-looking bauble.
“Catch me outside, bitch!” RuPaul responded, calling the ornament “unauthorised crap” that #RuinedChristmas in another tweet.

The questionable ornament is a Rockett St George product that the company describes as “RuPaul-inspired” made to “showcase RuPaul’s ravishing style from his gold sequin dress to the iconic blonde wig”.
“A show stopping celebrity Christmas decoration, it is hard to miss at a striking 12.7cm,” the product description reads. “Unforgettable style to add some drama to your tree this festive season!
“Even when lounging on the sofa in your favourite Christmas pyjamas, your home will exude glamour with the fabulous focal point of RuPaul hanging on your tree,” it continues. “This RuPaul ornament will add charisma, uniqueness, never, and talent to your holiday decor.
“Crafted from molten glass that is mouth-blown into meticulously carved molds, each ornament is basically ‘couture,’ as it is hand-painted, beaded, glued, and glittered.”
Unfortunately for the celebrities out here just trying to live their lives (but great news for those of us that love to laugh), the RuPaul ornament is not Rockett St George’s only celebrity-inspired bauble. The company also stock Queen Elizabeth, Grace Jones, Andy Warhol, and previously sold a very, very unfortunate Mariah Carey that went viral last year.
This is… Not approved ?

But while the Mariah Carey ornament was bad, I’d argue that RuPaul’s is way worse.
From the giant gold-glitter highlighted wig to the high-neck gold sequence sequin dress to the attempt at a purple smokey eye, the RuPaul ornament is real nightmare fuel. And, as with anything that is as cursed as this, the unauthorised Rusical ornament quickly became a meme.

It’s very lifelike. I don’t see the problem. #rpdr #RuPaul pic.twitter.com/qFRZAn9m6Y

Yes. I spent $24 on the RuPaul ornament, but that’s because I believe in supporting mother, because she’s done so much for me

Of course the whole thing is just a little fun. And anyway Mama Ru, who is never not working, found a way to use the opportunity to promote her 2022 album and the new Drag Race Superstar mobile game, so I guess it’s not all that bad.

Honestly, if you can’t love a terrible cursed ornament of yourself, then how the hell you gonna love anyone else? Can I get an amen?!
