For dance fans, the spooky season means one thing: the release of RL Grime’s beloved Halloween mix.

For seven years now, the trap selector has been bringing together the year’s best bangers with a hefty dose of scary overtones for the mix, which RL always chucks up for a free download.

Every year the mix is introduced by a special guest: for the first few years it was his namesake RL Stine, then it was Hannibal Buress, then ‘Happy’ hitmaker Pharell. This year, RL Grime has tapped basketball great Shaquille O’Neal for narration duties.

As for the mix itself, it’s crammed full of tracks from Alison Wonderland, Baauer, Boys Noize, Drake, Mr. Carmack, and TroyBoi — and of course, plenty from RL himself. Listen to the full mix below.

You’ll be able to catch the producer up close and personal when he lands in Australia for his mammoth Nova tour next month.

He’s kicking things off in Perth this Friday, November 2, before hitting up Newcastle, Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, and Canberra (where he’ll be headlining Spilt Milk festival.) Check out all the dates below.
