Rick and Morty season four has been heralded as one of the funniest and most inventive instalments of the show yet — at least, by those who have gotten to see it.

The acclaimed American animated hit has always been hard to find in Australia, but its newest season has been downright impossible to get ahold of.

While the rest of the world have had the chance to yuk it up over the adventures of Pickle Rick and his perpetually anxiety-riddled sidekick, Australians have had to make do with endless rewatches of older episodes.

Which like, isn’t the worst — any episode of Rick and Morty is better than none. It just feels a little unfair.

Well, do not despair, Aussie fans: Rick and Morty season four is finally hitting Netflix Australia this December 22.

Yep, that means in just under two weeks, you’ll be able to lap up new episodes of one of the most acclaimed animated series in history. Better yet, that December 22 release date will come with a bumper crop of content. All six episodes of the new series will drop at once.
