It’s here, everyone. The fourth installment in Adam Scott’s ridiculously time consuming and ultimately meaningless series, The Greatest Event In Television History, in which the Parks & Recreation star and his friends meticulously remake the opening credits of obscure ’80s TV shows, shot for shot.

First was Simon & Simon in October 2012, starring Scott and Jon Hamm and directed by Paul Rudd. Next came Hart To Hartfeaturing Scott and Parks & Rec co-star Amy Poehler. Up third was Too Close For Comfort, featuring Catherine O’Hara, Kathryn Hahn, Jon Glaser and Chelsea Peretti, and directed by Jason Mantzoukas.

And at 4pm this afternoon, the fourth landed on Adult Swim: the opening credits for Bosom Buddies, featuring Adam Scott and Paul Rudd.

The sitcom, which ran from 1980-1982 and starred Tom Hanks and Peter Scolari, had a title sequence sung by a Billy Joel stand-in, which was double the length of all the others Scott has tried his hands at. According to an interview with Vulture yesterday, Scott and Rudd had only had four days to shoot it. “It was also 112 degrees in the building we were shooting in back in September,” Scott said. “I felt so terrible for asking all these people to do this profoundly dumb thing in that heat.”

The title sequence itself starts at 9:19, after a lengthy making-of documentary covering the ups and downs of the shoot and the unprofessionalism of Paul Rudd, who invited himself to move in with Adam Scott, leaving Scott’s life in shambles — and leaving the rest of us imagining living with both of our fantasy boyfriends at once.

They got Billy Joel to actually sing it this time, and Tom Hanks makes a cameo too.

Here’s the original.

Also, can we talk about this for a second?
