Pass it On: Peter Griffin Exists In Real Life And He’s Actually Quite Lovely
He goes to conventions and everyone loves him.
Robert Franzese, a cosplayer in New York who’s made a name for himself playing Family Guy’s Peter Griffin at conventions, took his act to last year’s Comic Con in New York with a camera crew in tow. In a video for YouTube channel BOOM! Big Pants, Franzese talks about how he came up with the idea, his dream to become a voice actor and how much he loves Comic Con. He seems like a really nice dude.
“I love the friends that I see every year. I go to work and I’m like a nobody. I have a nobody job, making nobody pay, but I go to New York Comic Con and people are pulling out phones like I’m friggin’ Brad Pitt or some shit. It makes me feel like a million bucks.” Aw!
