Performed at a meet last weekend, UCLA gymnast Nia Dennis has set the Internet on fire with her floor routine set to a mashup of Beyoncé bangers.

It seems like since everyone watched Cheer on Netflix, we have all become even bigger fans of those rare people among us who can gracefully tumble and jump and fly through the air. It could partly explain why this floor routine by gymnast Nia Dennis has gone viral, but more likely it’s because it’s absolutely amazing.

Not only does Dennis bring the technical aspects of gymnastics, scoring an almost-perfect 9.975, but very IMPORTANTLY, she does it all set to a mashup of Beyoncé tracks. In my opinion she should have been scored 10 automatically. I may not know how gymnastics scoring works.

Nia performed this routine on her 21st birthday, but she was the one who instead gave all of us a gift. The routine involves lots of impressive flips and tumbles and whatnot, but what sets it apart is her dance moves, and attitude, at one point crowning herself while her supporters lose their damn minds behind her.

A queen. Here’s the full performance for you to see for yourself.

So many people were blown away by the performance, including both Alicia Keys and Gabrielle Union, who took to Twitter to absolutely go off about it.

Dennis has previously said that going to the Olympics is her goal, but everyone thinks her new goal should somehow involve Beyoncé.

Last word can go to Dennis herself, who was blown away by the amount of support she received.
