James Franco’s recent campaign to score himself an Oscar nomination for his role as Riff Raff Alien in this year’s hit film Spring Breakers was kinda funny, but it’s just been topped on the ladder of ‘Completely Unnecessary But Okay That’s Fairly Amusing’ Spring Breakers-related humour by a sketch comedy group from the States named Lady Products.
Spotting the opportunity to update the film for the Northern Hemisphere’s current cooler climate, ‘Fall Breakers’ pairs the original’s familiar Skrillex beats and creepy slo-mo aesthetic with cardigans, pumpkin pulp, hot tea baths, candy corn grillz, and wild party kids who make it rain dried leaves.
