Look At These Game Of Thrones Subway Maps And Try Not To Geek Out Too Much

Graphic designer Michael Tyznik needs a medal, or a parade or something. He’s cobbled together yet another map of the Game Of Thrones universe, only done like it’s a giant subway system, and it’s the coolest.

It’s even filled with little references to stuff in the books, like how almost all the castle stops on the Wall Line are closed, or how Harrenhal is under repair. I tried not to quietly lose my mind over this thing for about eight seconds before realising the struggle was futile.

If it’s a bit too much to take in and you need to calm down, just think about how these maps are genuinely better-designed than the ones we use to get around major Australian cities in real life, and you’ll come right back down to earth.
