Here’s How All The Lil (And One Big) Rappers Voted In The US Election
As Lil Wayne and Lil Pump have come out as sudden Trump supporters, we looked into which other Lil rappers share the same (very bad) beliefs.
As we patiently await the result of the 2020 US election, it almost seems as though all the rappers with the Lil prefix are disappointing us all.
Upset at Joe Biden’s potential tax plan — which only seeks to raise taxes up to 62 per cent for those earning over $400,000 and above, in states like California and New York — has seemingly upset the rich and famous.
When the new plan was unveiled, 50 Cent quickly endorsed Donald Trump as he expressed his hatred for Biden’s proposed new tax rates. Tweeting out to his 12.3 million followers, 50 Cent stated: “What the fuck! (Vote for Trump). I don’t care [if] Trump doesn’t like Black people, 62 per cent are you out of ya’ fucking mind?”
?WHAT THE F*CK! (VOTE ForTRUMP) IM OUT, ?♂️?F*CK NEW YORK The KNICKS never win anyway. ??♂️I don’t care Trump doesn’t like black people 62% are you out of ya fucking mind. ? pic.twitter.com/uZu02k2Dlz

And just like dominoes, a number of other rappers started to share a similar sentiment, proving they’re all clearly motivated by money above all else. Strangely, however, a lot of these rappers ended up being the Lil’s of the music industry.
So to help you avoid having to Google every Lil in the music industry and their political stance, here is how the Lil’s of the world have likely voted in the 2020 US election:
Lil Pump — Team Trump
??????
Even cough syrup sipping sound cloud rappers like @lilpump are waking up to the reality that @JoeBiden is about to rape their wallets pic.twitter.com/3FRyoMKEr6

Just like 50 Cent, when the Biden tax plan was announced, Pump took to social media to share a video screaming: “Trump 2020, bitch! Fuck I look like paying an extra 33 [per cent] for Biden. Fuck sleepy Joe. Trump 2020.”
Despite being anti-Trump in 2016, Lil Pump appears to have done a full 180 on his political stance and even appeared at Trump’s final campaign rally. Sadly for the new Trump stan, Pump was hilariously called ‘Little Pimp‘ by his new favourite politician.
If that wasn’t bad enough, Bella Hadid then took to Instagram to call Lil Pump “irresponsible” and “a loser” for choosing to endorse Trump and walk around in MAGA merch, which is pretty well-deserved.
Lil Wayne — Team Trump
Just had a great meeting with @realdonaldtrump @potus besides what he’s done so far with criminal reform, the platinum plan is going to give the community real ownership. He listened to what we had to say today and assured he will and can get it done. ?? pic.twitter.com/Q9c5k1yMWf
— Lil Wayne WEEZY F (@LilTunechi) October 29, 2020
Last week, Lil Wayne posed for a photo op with Trump after having a “great meeting” about prison reform and something called a ‘platinum plan’.
Sadly for Lil Wayne, arguably one of the oldest Lil’s in the game, this Trump endorsement was the straw that broke the camels back and resulted in his girlfriend dumping him.
Lil Jon — Team Biden
HOW ABOUT FUCKKKK NOOOOOO https://t.co/Yo9KRvt93j
— LILJON (@LilJon) October 30, 2020
Possibly the only good Lil in the Lil universe, Lil Jon publicly denounced Trump after a Republican asked the rapper to join Pump and Wayne in “supporting our great President”.
In response, Lil Jon avoided his iconic ‘YEAAAAHHH’ for a, possibly even more iconic, “HOW ABOUT FUCKKK NOOOOO”.
Lil Jon also shared a number of anti-Trump videos and images on his Instagram stories throughout the day, clearly showing which party the artist supports. Absolute king shit, honestly.
Lil Xan — Team Biden, Probably
LIL XAN FOR PRESIDENT FUCK TRUMP pic.twitter.com/CZIhmXtrBV
— LIL XAN AKA DIEGO (@lilxanfuhyobih) December 24, 2016
Noah Cyrus’ ex-boyfriend, Lil Xan, has been pretty quiet online about which party he sides with.
However, back in 2016, Lil Xan tweeted “LIL XAN FOR PRESIDENT FUCK TRUMP” and earlier today put up an Instagram story that read: “Make sure to vote if you haven’t already, this is gonna be a crazy election night”.
So going by his previous statements about Trump, one can assume that Lil Xan might be a democrat voter, but it’s hard to tell.
Lil Nas X — Undisclosed
Lil Nas X is a black gay man living in america thru the 2020 biden and trump election and he hasnt posted or said a thing ab voting… ??
— Jimbo (@milk_enjoyer) November 3, 2020
As everyone’s favourite artists are talking about the election, Lil Nas X has surprisingly stayed silent on the matter.
Back in April, Lil Nas X told The Guardian that he was “not too into politics” and that politics makes him “very upset”. Despite this, Lil Nas X did say that he was still going to vote and encourages his fans to do the same.
Sadly, the only thing the ‘Old Town Road’ rapper has offered today was a piss-take Instagram story, which asked: “Ok everybody, tell me: Who did you vote for? Teanna Trump or Joe Budden?”.
Shad Moss (Formerly Lil Bow Wow) — Team Biden, Probably
The only thing on Lil Bow Wow’s Instagram stories right now are two links to go buy some $15 beanies, for reasons unknown.
However, in 2016, Bow Wow did vote and was annoyed with the result when Trump eventually won. Then in 2017, after Trump came after Snoop Dogg for a video where Snoop pointed a prop gun at a Trump lookalike, Bow Wow shot back at the President.
“Ayo, Donald Trump shut your punk ass up talking about my uncle, Snoop Dogg,” he tweeted.
So while Shad Moss has been pretty quiet on social media about who he voted for this year, or whether he has even voted at all, it’s safe to assume he isn’t the biggest Trump fan.
Lil Kim — Undisclosed
So Kamala Harris sent Lil Kim to prison therefore stopping the industry’s interest in female rap. So basically Kamala is the reason the industry was so male dominated for years… pic.twitter.com/ZX8xT1sy6Q
— cuntraversial (@fendifaguette) August 1, 2019
Lil Kim has been totally silent on the 2020 election.
But in 2019, Lil Kim fans attacked Kamala Harris, Joe Biden’s Vice Presidential nominee, after they claimed that Harris was responsible for Kim’s 2005 prison sentence for lying to a federal grand jury over a shooting.
As a San Francisco attorney at the time of Kim’s arrest, Harris was not directly involved in the sentencing that took place in Manhattan. Instead, Kamala Harris simply provided commentary for a 2006 BET special called Lil’ Kim: Countdown to Lockdown.
So who knows whether Lil Kim still holds a grudge or not.
Lil Uzi Vert — Team Biden, Probably
IM TIRED OF THIS ….. IM RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT ?? VOTE FOR BABY PLUTO
— BABY PLUTO ?☄️?® (@LILUZIVERT) July 22, 2020
Even though Lil Uzi has a massive following, he has been silent about the 2020 election on his social feeds in recent weeks. His last in-feed Instagram post simply featured the artist bopping to his own music and showing off his stack of $100 bills.
However, back in July, Uzi said he was was “tired of this” and jokingly announced that he was running for President. From this we can deduce that Lil Uzi Vert likely isn’t a fan of Trump, meaning he probably voted for Biden — if he voted at all.
Lil Dicky — Team Biden
View this post on Instagram
Last day to register in my home state of PA, my new home state of CA, and others. Step up and vote.
Sitting naked on the floor, with a literal sock over his dick, “dick and fart rapper” Lil Dicky filmed an almost three minute long video that called for people to “step up and vote”.
Stating that he wasn’t posting the video to divide his fans, Dicky explained that he simply felt it was his responsibility to use his platform and explain his perspective on “the most important [election] of our lifetime”.
Despite the whole dick-inside-a-Nike-sock thing, Lil Dicky actually shared some real insightful information to his 3.1 million fans. Going through each candidates stance on topics like climate change and systemic racism, Dicky ended up settling for Biden and told his followers to “do with that what you will”.
Lil Yachty — Team Biden, Probably
Vote bitch
— stealth level boat (@lilyachty) November 3, 2020
While Lil Yachty hasn’t explicitly said that he is pro-Biden, he has shared tweets onto his Twitter feed that urge his followers to still vote despite an early predicted Biden win.
This morning, Yachty laid it out plain and simple for his followers that hadn’t yet voted: “Vote bitch”.
And now for the bigs….
Big Sean — Team Biden, Probably
It’s a lot of people I know who didn’t vote, I wonder if they’ll see how much their vote would have counted by the end of the night. They literally beat us, shot us, killed us, locked us up cause they didn’t want us to vote. That alone should show u how important it really is
— Sean Don (@BigSean) November 3, 2020
Big Sean has been very vocal about the importance of voting on his Twitter feed.
The rapper has never really been a huge Donald Trump fan. Back in 2017, during a freestyle on Hot 97, Big Sean rapped about murdering the President and the terrorist group, ISIS.
“I might just kill ISIS with the same ice pick/That I murder Donald Trump in the same night with,” Sean spit.
However, during an interview with Revolt, Big Sean did note that he felt it was possible for his mentor, Kanye West, to win the election. Not necessarily saying that he would be voting for Kanye, Sean simply shared: “There have been so many times where he [West] says something people may have thought was crazy, and I’ve seen him execute it”.
So yeah, there you have it. That’s the main Lil’s and Bigs for you.
