Lena Dunham Made A Film Clip For Her Boyfriend
It has the phrase "abortion dog" in it.
We all know that Lena Dunham has a boyfriend, and that boyfriend is a famous musician: Jack Antonoff, the lead singer of Fun. We know this because Lena Dunham talks about how happy they are together pretty much all of the time.
What we were unaware of up until this morning was that Antonoff also has a side project called Bleachers, which must make for heaps of great “My other, not-Fun band” kind of jokes.
Here’s a film clip for Bleachers’ latest single, ‘I Wanna Get Better’. It is directed by Dunham, and features break-ups, therapy, Mary Kay Place, Donna from Parks and Recreation, and the line, “My parents gave me this dog so I would get an abortion. He’s an abortion dog.”
