Last night’s Girls was notable for three things: the return of Elijah, the Shoshanna short-circuit, and the choreography. (Ugh, no. To read a much more nuanced, intelligent and correct rumination on the episode, please click here.)

The TV gods answered your tweets this morning, and offered up a how-to from the woman behind the dance: New York choreographer du jour and short-film-maker, Celia Rowlson-Hall.

Apart from presenting a fairly easy tutorial to help you and your friends recreate the dance (before the night spirals into a sequence of horrible truths that none of you will ever truly forget), she also has some excellent names for the moves: ‘Broken Baby Doll’, ‘Dynamite Birdy Birdy’, and ‘Weird Dinosaur Pterodactyl Something’.

Enjoy.
