The Internet Is Losing It Over Lady Gaga’s Terrible New Wax Figure
Twitter has not been kind.

Most of the time, wax figures only make headlines when the celebrity they’re based on visits to pose for a cute side-by-side photo, or when they become props in problematic Instagram posts from Australian musicians who really should know better.
But occasionally, a wax figure comes along that is so gloriously, so stupendously, so wondrously awful that it deserves to be honoured for time immemorial.
This is one of those times.
Yesterday a new replica of popstar Lady Gaga was unveiled at an exhibition in Peru, made to honour her iconic 2010 MTV VMAs meat dress.
A fine choice of outfit, to be sure — the only issue is the statue is fucking terrifying:

NOOOOOOPE
Suffice to say, images of the figure were promptly beamed across the internet, and it’s being roasted far and wide:

We look forward to Madame Tussauds’ acquisition of the piece.
