Kanye West Has Been Banned From Socials For Being Disgustingly Anti-Semitic
Mental illness isn't an excuse for anti-semitism.
Problematic rapper Kanye West has been kicked off social media after posting a number of grossly anti-semitic statements over the weekend.

West, who legally changed his name to ‘Ye’ recently, was locked out of Instagram on Friday after suggesting that Jewish people were controlling rapper Diddy.
Following his Instagram ban, West was briefly welcomed back to the cursed bird app, Twitter, by Elon Musk — who is attempting to buy the platform to allegedly prioritise free speech. However, his return was short-lived after he continued to publish anti-semitic hate speech on the platform.
“The funny thing is I actually can’t be Anti Semitic because black people are actually Jew also You guys have toyed with me and tried to black ball anyone whoever opposes your agenda,” a now-deleted tweet read, alongside a sentence inciting violence.
In a statement provided to Buzzfeed News, Twitter confirmed that his account was locked “due to a violation of Twitter’s policies”.
A spokesperson for Meta told Bloomberg that his account was banned for violating policies but did not specify which policies or which post was the reason for the ban.
Social media users have been quick to condemn West’s comments, with many urging people not to excuse anti-semitism due to West’s mental health issues.
is kanye west mentally ill? yes
does mental illness generally lead people to threaten violence against women and jews? no
i’m sorry for what he’s going through, but it’s not an excuse for his behavior — and to pretend otherwise is an insult to anyone with mental illness

Stop making excuses for Kanye West.

Please stop using mental illness to explain away Kanye West's anti-Semitic rants. Millions of people are dealing with mental health issues, and they don't go on anti-Semitic rants.

Kanye West has more than 3 million followers. He threatened to go "death con 3" on Jewish people. I don't hear his GOP supporters coming out to condemn this. Instead, Jewish people are being told to get over it because he isn't serious.

Kanye West has 3 million followers. He just said he is coming to get the Jews.
6 million Jews were murdered in gas chambers within a human lifetime.
People are saying ignore Kanye because he is sick and a clown. They say he isn’t serious.
Those people are deluded.

The bans come after he appeared on Tucker Carlson’s Fox News programme and asserted that Jared Kushner — the son-in-law of former US President Donald Trump and a Jewish man — negotiated Middle East peace deals “to make money”. There is no suggestion by Junkee that this is the case.
West’s latest controversy comes just days after he made headlines for wearing a “white lives matter” t-shirt to Paris Fashion Week.
“I said, ‘I thought the shirt was a funny shirt; I thought the idea of me wearing it was funny,’” he told Carlson. “And I said, ‘Dad, why did you think it was funny?’ He said, ‘Just a Black man stating the obvious’,” he told Carlson in the same interview.
