Two women have gone public with allegations of sexual assault by Justin Bieber, but a representative for the singer has claimed that one of the alleged encounters was “factually impossible”.

On Saturday, a women who identified herself as Danielle detailed her allegation in a lengthy tweet, writing that she was assaulted by Bieber after being invited back to his Four Seasons hotel room on March 9, 2014.

“A man then approached me and my friends and asked us if we wanted to meet Justin,” Danielle wrote. The singer had just played a surprise show in Austin, Texas. She claims that she and her friends then went back to his hotel room, and she and him began consensually kissing.

She then allegedly told him to stop after he tried to remove her pants.”I told him this was going too far and we should stop because I needed to find my friends,” she wrote. It was after this that she claims Bieber “forced himself” on her and assaulted her.

A representative for Bieber, Allison Kaye, denied the claims in a message to Pop Crave. Kaye said that Bieber was staying in an Airbnb on that date, not the Four Seasons hotel, so it was “factually impossible”. However, tweets unearthed by fans from that time appear to indicate that Bieber was staying at the hotel.

A short time after this, Twitter user @ItsnotKadi also went public with an allegation of sexual assault against the singer. Kadi claims that she met Bieber in New York in May of 2015 after invited back to his hotel room by one of his bodyguards following a meet-and-greet. She claims they consensually kissed, before she asked Bieber to stop. He allegedly ignored her, and assaulted her.

Kadi claims she sought mental health treatment after the incident, and was suicidal. She also said she had “decided to go to the law enforcement” regarding the incident.

— UPDATE —

Justin Bieber has now publicly responded to Danielle’s allegation, strongly denying that the incident ever took place.

“I don’t normally address things as I have dealt with random accusations my entire career but after talking with my wife and team I have decided to speak up on an issue tonight,” he wrote on Twitter.

“Rumours are rumours but sexual abuse is something I don’t take lightly. I wanted to speak out right away but out of respect to so many victims who deal with these issues daily I wanted to make sure I gathered the facts before I made any statement.”
