Friends, we’re only three weeks away from Avengers: Infinity War storming its way into our hearts and cinemas, and it’s frankly all too much.

Marvel has been stringing us along like a beautiful ice witch tantalising a small closet boy with Turkish Delight, revealing trailers and posters and teasers and all manners of nerd bait. And it’s working.

In the latest TV spot trailer, a bunch of new footage is revealed, confirming that not only are we returning to Wakanda, but we’re going to spend a good amount of time there with our favourite characters.

Wakanda is of course the secret (and fictional) African nation from the blockbuster hit Black Panther. At the end of Black Panther, the famously reclusive country decides to open itself up to the outside world — which seems to have placed it smack dab in the middle of an intergalactic war with a tall, glove-obsessed mathematician named Thanos.

Not only do we get to see a bunch of the titular Black Panther himself, but what’s arguably more exciting is that we get a bunch of action featuring the kickass leader of the Dora Milaje, Okoye. Also, Shuri is there, shooting things with her cool gloves. Wakanda forever!

Captain America fans will also likely be very excited about the rather heartwarming reunion between Cap and his long-haired dreamboat friend Bucky Barnes, who looks to have grown dramatically saner since his holiday in Wakanda. Considering Bucky’s main characters points are “scary metal arm” and “mind controlled to assassinate people” it’s nice to see him with some zen.

Watch it here, and try to stop yourself from emitting a high-pitched squeal like a kettle.

Also, can we just acknowledge how unfair it would be if Wakandans competed in the Olympics, they would win EVERYTHING.

Avengers: Infinity War hits theatres on April 27.
