Kimura featured on the fifth and current season of Terrace House (now on hiatus due to the coronavirus), where three men and women move into a house together to establish friendship and relationships. Kimura was known for her bubbly personality and bright pink hair, and wanting to promote women’s wrestling on the show.

Distraught. I don’t even know what to say or feel. Numb. I can’t express it. RIP Hana Kimura. Such a wonderful human being. The gaijin helper. All the potential. A beautiful soul. Kind. I just can’t even put in to fucking words how upsetting this is. I hope you found peace ??

Fans and wrestling colleagues paid tribute to Kimura and her work, and others spoke about cyberbullying, which she had spoken about on her social media.
Hana Kimura was 22.
Please let that sink in…22. She had her whole life in front of her.
Online bullying should not be part of life.
