‘Fallout 76’ Has Joined The Falls Festival Line-Up
You know what I’ve always wanted to do? Be a massive nerd playing video games in the corner of a music festival. Thanks for answering my prayers, Bethesda.
That’s right, Fallout 76 – the latest from the peeps that have kept us occupied with Skyrim every sick day for the last seven years – will be playable at Falls Festival in Byron Bay at the end of the year.
Fallout 76 is Bethesda’s big online multiplayer release set in West Virginia, 2102. It’s been 25 years since all-out war sent America into a nuclear winter and we get to explore this post-apocalyptic wasteland in a giant suit of power armour.
If you don’t want to wait until from 31 December for Falls (where you’ll be able to “chill out, have a drink, relax and play this year’s most anticipated game release” according to Bethesda) you can pick it up now on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
Details for exactly what the set-up will look like are scarce at the moment, but we’ll let you know as soon as we here more.
In the meantime, here’s the actual music that will be playing (oh, and there’s a whole bunch of sideshows, too.):
