Just in case you weren’t already traumatised enough by the thought of knife-wielding clowns roaming the streets and feeding on children’s tears, PornHub have revealed that the current creepy clown phenomenon has led to a dramatic increase in interest in clown-related pornography. I know I shouldn’t be surprised that clown porn is a thing that exists, and yet here we are.

According to data revealed by the website, appetite for X-rated clown content has spiked a whopping 213 per cent since September 15. “Clown fetish porn has been around for some time, so searches on Pornhub are not uncommon,” reads the PornHub insight page (link is SFW). “In the last 30 days there have been over 100,000 clown related searches.”
The most popular search terms include “clown porn” followed by “clown girl” and, uh, “clown gangbang.” Other common ones include “crazy clown”, “sexy clown”, “killer clown”, “clown orgy”, “lesbian clown” and “clown feet”. Internet, you never cease to amaze. Wait, no, not amaze. What’s the word? Oh yeah, horrify. That’s it.
Interestingly, the site also revealed that proportionally speaking, women were 33 per cent more likely to search for clown porn than men. Good to know.
