There comes a moment in every person’s life where they’ve got a unique, one-off chance to show the world who they are. In the spotlight, some of us falter; but some, like Skyler, a 12-year-old boy at the Australian Open, run with it.

Or, rather, dance with it. At yesterday’s round 1 match between Kei Nishikori and Kamil Majchrzak at Melbourne’s Margaret Court Arena, Skyler was called on court to toss a coin to decide who’d go first. And well, just look:

After the Aus Open posted that video on Twitter, the internet gave Skyler a lot of love.

What’s not to like? It’s that perfect mix of a precarious, endearingly awkward 12-year-old who wants to show off his slick-ass moves. As one Tweeter points out, it looks reminiscent of something The Office‘s Michael Scott would do. We were instantly reminded of Seinfeld‘s episode where Kramer becomes a very enthusiastic, attention-grabbing ball boy, though Skyler’s presence is far less intrusive.

Some weren’t so impressed, with one very fun tweeter saying “if I had anything to do with running the tournament, this kid wouldn’t be making it onto social media, he’d be straight out the door.” They can fuck right off. May we all take Skyler’s approach and dance through our days and seize every opportunity.

In case you’re wondering, Nishikori took out the match — after losing the first two sets to the Polish player, he came back to win 10 consecutive games in a row. The Australian Open continues until January 27.
