‘Borat 2’ Isn’t Even Out Yet, But It’s Already Caused Its First Political Scandal

Borat Subsequent Moviefilm will drop on Amazon tomorrow, but it’s already caused a political scandal, as former New York Mayor and President Trump’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani appears in a scene where it appears that he makes sexual advances towards, and touches himself, in front of a 15-year-old girl.
The clip, which appears towards the end of the film, comes at the end of an interview at a New York hotel with 24-year-old actress Maria Bakalova, who is playing Borat’s teen daughter, Tutar.
In it, according to USA Today, Borat wishes to ‘gift’ his daughter to Giuliani, 76, due to the former mayor’s work with Trump. After flirting with Giuliani, Tutar invites him to have a drink in the bedroom, which is filled with hidden cameras.
He sits on the bed and touches her back — she removes his microphone, and he then leans back, untucking his shirt and putting his hands in his pants. That’s when Borat bursts in, having a change of heart: Giuliani then leaves.
After the clip was reported on, Giuliani defended himself both in a radio interview, calling it a “doctored” and a “hit job” in retaliation to his work trying to dig up dirt around Hunter Biden, the Democratic presidential candidate’s son.
“When the electronic equipment came off, some of it was in the back and my shirt came a little out, although my clothes were entirely on,” he says.
“I leaned back, and I tucked my shirt in, and at that point, at that point, they have this picture they take which looks doctored, but in any event, I’m tucking my shirt in. I assure you that’s all I was doing.”
Later, on Twitter, Giuliani called the video a “complete fabrication”.
“I was tucking in my shirt after taking off the recording equipment. At no time before, during, or after the interview was I ever inappropriate. If Sacha Baron Cohen implies otherwise he is a stone-cold liar.”
“This is an effort to blunt my relentless exposure of the criminality and depravity of Joe Biden and his entire family.
Deadline Hollywood reports CAA had a distribution screening in September where there was no mention of the scene holding any importance.”
‘We are preparing much bigger dumps off of the hard drive from hell, of which Joe Biden will be unable to defend or hide from. I have the receipts.”
