Everyone Is Obsessed With The ‘Big Baby Song’, A Cursed Song About Big Babies
The 'Big Baby Song' is the creation of Whitmer Thomas, and it absolutely slaps.
Listen, these are wild times, so it makes sense that the art that we make during them would be wild too. Case in point? The ‘Big Baby Song’, the brainchild of comedian Whitmer Thomas.
Thomas, who has made waves recently for his subversive, delightfully Andy Kaufman-esque comedic stylings, dropped the song on his Twitter. Accompanied by a video of Thomas himself with a little bitty baby head, it’s a fever dream of a ditty, equal parts disconcerting and genuinely heartwarming.
To be honest, there’s not much more that I can tell you about the song itself. It’s truly one of those great works that speaks entirely and self-evidently in its own voice. No context I could provide could ever give you a proper sense of what is going on.
So just watch it:

Anyway, though Thomas dropped the tune literally hours ago, it’s already become something of a viral hit. It’s racking up likes at an alarming rate, and it’s even scored big with the most important sub-culture of all: the babies.
