We Regret To Say The Ben Shapiro ‘Remix’ Of ‘WAP’ Kind Of Slaps

It sounds oddly...enthralling.

A little over a week ago, Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion dropped ‘WAP’, a sonic and visual masterpiece dedicated to the sheer power of pussies.

Inevitably, it kicked off a lot of discourse, with conservative pundits outraged that such abject horniness is able to be broadcast in 2020, the year of our lord. Russell Brand (remember him?) even jumped on it, graciously giving his straight white male viewpoint on whether the song displayed adequate feminist values.

Maybe no one was more outraged than right-wing dipshit fast-talker Ben Shapiro, who dissected the song and video on his Daily Wire podcast. As Junkee writer Jared Richards notes, Shapiro blurred out Cardi’s boob pasties, and decided to censor the offensive words — despite being a noted critic of safe spaces.

“‘Pay my tuition just to kiss me on this wet ass p-word,’” Shapiro says. “Guys, this is what feminists fought for. It’s what feminism is all about. It’s not really about women being treated as independent, full-rounded human beings, it’s about wet ass p-word. And if you say anything differently, it’s because you’re a misogynist, you see.”

Needless to say, he was promptly ridiculed.

His review was so stilted, so appalled, so oddly enthralled, that it was only a matter of time before someone took his tirade and fashioned it into a ‘WAP’ remix, because this is how the internet works.

I’m sure Shapiro will be thrilled that his words now adorn a ‘WAP’ of his own. Or, perhaps more accurately, ‘DAP’. Listen to the remix below.
