Aubrey Plaza Is A Zombie In The New ‘Life After Beth’ Trailer

Parks and Recreation‘s Aubrey Plaza is celebrating her thirtieth birthday by being delightfully weird and a bit scary again, this time as a girl who mysteriously comes back to life and seems fine before she starts eating random dudes and smashing up lifesaver towers in the latest trailer for zombie-romance flick Life After Beth:
Plaza is setting herself up pretty well for a solid movie career after the show that brought her fame wraps up at the end of next season; she had her first starring role in The To Do List last year, and her latest part in Beth definitely looks like it fits with the dark-but-quirky thing she does so well. The whole zombie-love-story plotline was kinda sorta done already with 2012’s Warm Bodies, but Aubrey Plaza gets a pass because she’s April Ludgate and April Ludgate does what she wants.
