The Bachelor of Performing Arts (Stage and Screen) is a full-time, three-year course accredited by Torrens University Australia. Actors Centre Australia is the gold star standard for clever and creative education programs. Students work with the very best industry professionals to learn the craft of acting, how to tell a story, and how to find their voice as a high calibre performing artist.
Over three years, you’ll experience an exciting and practical acting program designed for high achievers, and graduate with skills well above industry standards.
You’ll also get some pretty serious perks, like invitations to preview screenings and the opportunity to talk to some of the best actors and directors in the country. You might even get to participate in ACA’s “In Conversation” series with world-renowned actors, directors, and filmmakers.
What’s more, the ACA campus is a state-of-the-art facility, fitted with a versatile 300-seat theatre, a digital DCP cinema projector and sound system, a private bar, exhibition and event spaces, green rooms, and more than seven studios.
Applications for the Bachelor of Performing Arts (Stage and Screen) are now open and close on November 5, 2021. Auditions will take place in mid-November.
If the Bachelor degree isn’t for you right now, ACA also offers the Foundation Program, a well-rounded short course that covers the basics and kickstarts your performing arts training. Over 20 weeks, you’ll work with talented ACA tutors to learn skills in acting, voice and movement.
The Foundation Program kicks off on January 31, 2022 and applications close on January 25. A second round of intakes will take place in July 2022.
