Videos of giant inflatable objects on the loose are probably one of the internet’s — and the inflatable world’s — greatest gifts to man. And this Halloween edition is no exception.

Cast your eyes upon the 25-foot tall, 300-pound inflatable jack-o’-lantern that broke free from its Halloween pumpkin display today and rolled through the streets of Peoria, Arizona, disobeying any and all man-made traffic laws.

The escaped pumpkin tasted 40 whole minutes of freedom before it was located in a park by its owner, AZ Promotions, who were forced to put it down. I mean… deflated. It was deflated.

RIP giant inflatable jack-o’-lantern. We hardly knew ye.
