Watch Yungblud Lead A “Fuck Scott Morrison” Chant At His Melbourne Concert

If you’re feeling a little angry at the moment but aren’t able to flip off Scott Morrison or refuse to shake his hand (not that that stops him), then perhaps this video of 2,000+ people screaming “Fuck Scott Morrison” at Yungblud’s Melbourne concert will offer some sort of release.

English alt-pop wunderkind Yungblud was due to play Falls Festival over the New Year’s period, but the Lorne edition was cancelled at the 13th hour on day 2 of the festival over extreme weather concerns and safety risks.

That same day — the 29th December — Yungblud threw a last-minute set of fundraising concerts at Melbourne’s The Tote, with all proceeds going towards the Country Fire Authority and Rural Fire Services.

And now, at his always-scheduled sideshow at The Forum last night, he’s not let his anger subside, leading the crowd in a massive fuck you chant — and then tagging Scott Morrison in a video posted to Twitter.

Yungblud isn’t the only musician who raised money for RFS. Fellow Falls heavy hitters Halsey and Peking Duck also threw last-minute benefit shows, with the latter raising $50,000, while a heap more Australian acts banded together for a set of gigs across the new year’s period.
