Tips: There are two reasons to visit Thuy Houng: Oxtail pho & bon rieu, aka crab noodle soup. (Dan Hong may ask you what you know about bon rieu, but screw Dan Hong. It’s good.) The oxtail pho is some next level shit, too. It’s not on the English menu, so just ask for it and hope the waiter takes pity on your poor soul.
