The New ‘Stranger Things’ Trailer Gives Us An Extremely Horny Sneak Peek At Billy’s New Job

A new sneak peek for season three of Stranger Things has been released, and it gives us a good long look at what some of the older women of Hawkins are doing to relax this summer. Or rather, what they wish they were doing.

The short scene catches up with Billy Hargrove (Dacre Montgomery), who has taken a job at the local swimming pool as a lifeguard.

In the clip, a group of middle-aged women recline by the pool, wearing swimsuits and full makeup while children splash about and incessantly yell “Marco!” “Polo!”

Soon, one of the ladies alerts the others that the lifeguard on duty is coming down from her tower, which causes them all to quickly sit up and make themselves presentable. Alas, this is not the middle-aged lesbian posse that I thought it was for the first 30 seconds of the video. The women are prepping to ogle a shirtless Billy as he walks past to relieve his colleague.

Though I have been reliably informed by my colleagues that Billy is “hot”, I do not see the appeal.

Billy is probably the worst Hawkins local you could choose to start a relationship with. He threatened to run over a bunch of kids with his car. He is a domineering and aggressive jerk to his younger step-sister Max. His actor claims Billy isn’t a racist, but that isn’t the kind of thing that should need clarifying. Billy sure doesn’t act not-racist.

However, it’s unlikely any of these women know this. And even if they did, we have learned time and time again that, just like love, horniness knows no reason. Sometimes the thirst just takes you, and all you can do is hold on for the ride.

Season three of Stranger Things returns to Netflix on July 4.
