Nothing screams “adventure” like a speedy run down Thredbo’s slopes, but skiing in your clothes is so 2000-and-late. Now, it’s all about skiing in your cossies. And, oh boy, a huge event called ‘Kosci In Your Cossies’ is where it’s at in this, the blessed year 2019.
Some people are just naturally gifted with an innate ability to bring joy to this world through outrageous and energetic adventures. The legends at Kosciuszko Brewing Company are some of these people, bringing us the truly inspired Kosci In Your Cossies.
The premise is simple: ski down Thredbo’s mighty Supertrail run in nothing but your swimmers.
Except the cossies here are fine-as-hell Kosciuszko x Budgy Smugglers that have been specially designed for the occasion and will be yours forever, so you can rock this truly, er, unique aesthetic year-round.

Grab your mates, grab your free cossies, and go down the mountain in a mass snow ride with other chilly fashionistas.
The ride ends at Alpine Bar at the Thredbo Alpine Hotel just in time for the Kosci Après Party. We reckon surviving the chilliest adventure you’ve ever had is worthy of reward – and what better way to treat yourself than with an ice-cold Kosci? Kosciuszko will be handing out warm beanies and delicious Kosicuszko Pale Ale to brave riders, too, and DJs will be spinning tunes all afternoon long.
Watch the sunset over the mountains and enjoy some free time between parties, because come 9pm, the second afterparty begins!
The Kosciuszko Pale Ale Banger Party is the last party of Thredbo’s Uni Week, and no expense will be spared! Joyryde and Groove City will be there, playing their very best bangers for you to ‘til late so you can send a week on the slopes off in style.
It’s about time we took adventure on the mountain back from the baby boomers who insist on wearing full snow gear. We want skiing, but make it fun (and fashion).
