Cardi B Interviewed Joe Biden And Conservatives Are Losing Their Shit
Because it’s simply absurd that a woman can sing about her wet ass pussy and also have political opinions.
Ardent Bernie Sanders supporter Cardi B has interviewed Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden for Elle Magazine, pushing for police reform and free health care for all. Conservatives, of course, hate this.
The interview is well worth your time if you’re interested: it’s a 16-minute chat over Zoom, but you can also read the transcript. In it, the ‘WAP’ rapper says she ‘just wants Trump out’ — a pretty clear message to anyone who says she’s shelved her Bernie beliefs by supporting the much more moderate Biden.
“His mouth gets us in trouble so much. I don’t want to be lied to — we’re dealing with a pandemic right now, and I just want answers. I want to know when this will be over. I want to go back to my job,” she says.
“But I don’t want someone to lie to me and tell me that it’s okay not to wear a mask, that everything is going to be okay. I want a president to tell me what the steps are for us to get better, to tell me, ‘This is why it is taking so long, this is why other countries are doing better than ours.’ Tell me the truth, the hard-core truth.”
They start off with Cardi listing off her dream America, one with free Medicare, college and child care, as well as justice for police brutality. They don’t exactly have the natural rapport that her and Sanders had, as evident in the below clip from the beginning of the interview, but Cardi is more interested in pressing her points than painting him as a loveable figure.

Cardi repeatedly returns to the importance of free healthcare throughout the interview, effectively holding him accountable to his concession.
Biden agrees that there’s “no reason” why Americans can’t have free healthcare — a pretty massive concession from Biden who has been wish-washy on it, especially given he then makes a point to say he never lies or breaks a promise.
By grilling Joe Biden on his asinine Medicare For All position not once, not twice, but three times during her interview with him for Elle Magazine, Cardi B has outdone 95 percent of mainstream political reporters currently covering the US Presidential election.

Great work on her part, but this is just sad in so many ways. The failure of journalists in general or lack thereof in the corporate sphere. The shamelessness of Biden in knowing full well what he's doing and who he's beholden to (health insurance lobby). People who enable this.

Conservatives, surprisingly, aren’t impressed by either Cardi or Biden, characterising the interview as an embarrassment for a Presidential candidate was interviewed by a “stripper” who “openly despises white people”.
Putting aside the ridiculous moralism, it’s also pretty hypocritical, given the current President’s alleged history with sex workers — it’s almost like one rule applies here, and other there.
But for conservative pundits, it’s simply absurd that a woman can sing about her wet ass pussy and also have political opinions.
Joe Biden is doing campaign sitdowns with Cardi B.
The same Cardi B who robbed men when she was a stripper, releases songs about her genitalia being “wet” & openly despises white people.
Perhaps she’ll be Secretary of State in Biden’s twisted world.

It follows a wider conservative melt-down over Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s ‘WAP’, which included Ben Shapiro adopting his best Maude Flanders impression by pearl-clutching while reading out the song’s lyrics. It was a truly embarrassing moment.
It’s almost as if conservatives simply hate Cardi B. Wonder what that could be about?
