Spread The Christmas Cheer With This Video Of Gingerbread Men Fleeing From A Puppy
Turns out you can catch the gingerbread man after all.
Some people will tell you that the source of Christmas cheer is family, goodwill, and the birth of the late Jesus Christ. Personally, I beg to differ: joy on Christmas comes from seeing Christmas decorations go wildly, hilariously wrong.
See for example these inflatable snowmen: intended as a buoyant and wholesome source of benign Christmas joy, they ended up engaged in a wild brawl after some errant wind knocked them over. I think we can all agree the end result was markedly more festive:

For another example, see author and dragon enthusiast Diana Rowland’s epic neighbourhood battle over her Christmas dragon display.
After a neighbour deemed Rowland’s inflatable Christmas lawn dragons “totally inappropriate at Christmas” and “only marginally acceptable at Halloween”, she was forced with no option except to expand her Christmas dragon army, leading to glorious neighbourhood drama AND charitable donations — undeniably festive, you must admit.
And now, to top it off, let us offer this humble video of a Christmas parade that spiralled into chaos after someone’s dog got involved.
Specifically, after someone’s dog broke through the barriers and started chasing the people dressed as gingerbread people. The result was an extraordinary spectacle: multiple gingerbread people in highly restrictive, highly padded suits running — or rather, waddling — for their lives.
Honestly, words can’t do it justice. Just watch it below, and then show it to someone you love to spread the Christmas cheer. Happy holidays!
