There’s A New Game Of Thrones Promo Trailer, As If We Weren’t Already Over-Excited
Only two weeks until 'Game Of Thrones' season 8 starts.
The final ever season of Game of Thrones is upon us so soon. Winter isn’t even coming, we’re amongst it. It’s chilly!
HBO have also released a new promo, to further inflame our appetite for the big show about dragons and castles, which seems pointless, because honestly, is there anyone who isn’t already massively keen? You can hit a limit for how excited you are, and I think we’re all at it. Maybe we’ll all just burst into flame?
Anyway, the new promo (which people seem to have taped off their TVs at present, but will probably be released properly later) doesn’t give us a huge amount of new footage. We get to see Beric Dondarrion and his flaming sword, which is cool, because last time we saw him he was trying to escape the crumbling wall, as it was blasted to pieces by undead dragonfire.
It’s nice to know he survives.
There’s also some new shots of what’s going to be a big battle at Winterfell, which includes the Unsullied, doing their cool formation thing.
Anyway, not a HUGE amount more: certainly not as juicy as the much longer trailer, and all the cool Easter Eggs in that.
