If you have just over half a million to sink into the real estate game, you can now purchase the Palmer household: home to a number of disturbing domestic occurrences on cult television series Twin Peaks — and a lovely enclosed sun room!

Furniture/demonic entity not included

The four bedroom house is located at 708 33rd St in the city of Everett in Washington State, and sits on the market for $549,950. The listing, which surfaced via fan-site Welcome to Twin Peaksspruiks the hardwood floors, crown moulding, over-sized rooms and the grand entryway, but fails to mention the fact that one of the most highly-regarded and innovative television shows of the ’90s was shot there. Perhaps associating the place with murder wouldn’t jive well with the basement — or the large lot which spans two streets.

There’s also the possibility of an apparition knocking around the guest bedroom, with Laura Palmer set to return in some form this year.

Our thoughts go out to the hard-working staff of Windermere Real Estate, who will no doubt soon be dealing with the deluge of people taking advantage of the schedule-a-private-showing option.
