I went to a laughter club once. I didn’t realise what I was walking into and they made us pretend that we were clams, open our “shells”, laugh straight into the eyes of someone else and then close them. It felt unnatural and offbeat, but at the end of an hour forced laughing I felt light and happy.The moral of the story here is that sometimes it’s just good to have a giggle.
