Netflix’s ‘The Dark Crystal’ Prequel Series Gets A Stunning Second Trailer

Netflix has unveiled the latest trailer for its highly anticipated prequel series to Jim Henson’s iconic 1982 film The Dark Crystal. And if it wasn’t already one of your most anticipated shows for 2019, this two-and-a-half-minute blast of breathtaking nostalgia should more than get you there.

The trailer goes hard on the show’s spectacular visuals, which combine cutting-edge CGI with elaborate puppetry reminiscent of the original film. The other big selling point is the mind-blowing voice cast, which includes *deep breath* Taron Egerton, Anya Taylor-Joy, Nathalie Emmanuel, Mark Hamill, Keegan-Michael Key, Simon Pegg, Alicia Vikander, Andy Samberg, Helena Bonham Carter, Eddie Izzard, Lena Headey, Awkwafina and Sigourney Weaver.
